How it works
Session 1 – Assessment & Baseline, Posture and gait screen (standing/walking)
Range-of-motion and muscle-length testing for the target area, Trigger-point/soft-tissue mapping + brief intake on pain patterns, Focused treatment begins right away
Set your goal(s) and home care plan of simple stretches/aftercare.
Sessions 2–4 – Focused Treatment & Progression
Targeted bodywork to address the primary driver(s) of dysfunction
